WEEE Material Disassembly Plant
The Magnapower Disassembly Plant is designed to provide efficient throughput, handling and disassembly of electrical and electronic consumer goods so that the maximum recovery of recyclable material can be achieved.

Disassembly Plant Requirements

Loading / Buffer Station
Where the material can be transferred onto the disassembly line and ready for automatic / manual transfer to the disassembly stations.

Automatic Transfer
Where possible / necessary, the automatic loading of material onto the transfer track is achieved.

Transfer Track
To allow the automatic / manual transfer of WEEE material to the each operators work station for disassembly.

Disassembly Station
We provide ergonomic work stations which can include:

Turntables: to allow the operator ease of positioning of the equipment to disassemble.
Pneumatic holding devices: to steady and secure the equipment being disassembled
Lighting: to enable the operator to have a clear and bright view of the equipment at all angles.
Tool Rail: To hang retractable pneumatic tools which allow ease of access and efficient operation.
In feed / Out feed Track: To minimise manual handling and help prevent operator fatigue or injury.

Minimise Maintenance
All equipment is designed to give a prolonged working life in the most difficult conditions. Any wear parts are easily accessible and readily available.

Minimise Lifting / Manual Handling
Each Plant is designed for this purpose so that the operators risk of strain, fatigue or injury is minimised.

Discharge area
A critical aspect of any plant design is the discharge area. If you know what size of stillage, skip or discharge area the material is to discharge into then we will design the plant so that each item discharges at the correct height and position.
